2. Orders and Quotations
All orders are subject to review and acceptance. Quotations are provided based on current material costs, design specifications, and order quantities, and are valid only for a limited period.
Production will begin only after order confirmation and receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified in the quotation. Any changes requested after confirmation may affect pricing, timelines, and final output.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Certain products may require a minimum order quantity. We offer flexible MOQ options; however, final requirements depend on product type, customization level, and production complexity.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the quotation or invoice. Depending on the order, partial or full payment may be required in advance.
Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeframe may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of the order. Additional charges may apply to overdue payments where applicable.
5. Production and Lead Time
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and material availability.
While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including supply chain disruptions or external factors.
6. Customization and Design
Clients are responsible for providing accurate design files, logos, and specifications. We are not liable for errors in production resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
We may offer design assistance; however, final approval remains the responsibility of the client before production begins.
7. Quality Assurance
We maintain strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process. However, minor variations in color, stitching, sizing, or material may occur due to the nature of bulk production and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics, shipping methods, and customs clearance.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client once the goods are shipped. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping providers.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are subject to approval and may incur charges depending on the stage of production.

10. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and branding materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.
Any production techniques, patterns, or proprietary methods developed by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent unless required by law.
13. Governing Law
